Our production and delivery processes follow a strict food safe standard and HACCP system. We conduct internal and external audits on a regular basis to ensure the quality of all of our products.

HACCP Australia

Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) is an internationally recognized system for reducing the risk of safety hazards in food. A HACCP System requires that potential hazards are identified and controlled at specific points in the process.

Established in 1982, Auspork is a leading supplier of pork and other meat products to customers throughout Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Tasmania. The wholesale division is Melbourne’s largest supplier of wholesale pork to butchers and independent supermarkets. FoodSafe® was developed by Environmental Health Australia in consultation with government, academia, industry and consumers. FoodSafe® is an in-house training program bringing basic food hygiene information directly to food handlers.
